Product is good, but there are hidden shipment cost (+ 42 EUR) on top on the one showed during the purchasing process. For a declared 170 EUR stuff, I totally paid 67 EUR shipping cost which is indeed too much. At the end, the tota price will be even more expensive than buying it in a shop.

Hello, Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. As your country is not part of the european comunity you do not pay Vat on our website buit you are asked by your customs to pay taxes and duties on delivery. We state this on our website and also on the confirmation email that you recieve after placing the order.

I have sent 2 emails to the company since my purchase was made, both have gone unanswered since. Paid for postage through the checkout process and was then told by delivery company, UPS, that an additional$300 Australian dollars was required for the item to clear customs. This was due to an error by Motorstorm in labelling the delivery incorrectly.
No response from Motorstorm at all. Very negative experience. No savings in product purchased made. Cost an extra$300 overall will never use them again..

My item still hasn’t arrived and l bought in good faith. I also feel you should make it more clear a duty charge will be applied by the UPS the delivery company… £76 extra it cost me so the helmet as become very expensive and l still haven’t received it ….. very very disappointing

Mi dispiace ma non ci siamo. Quasi un mese per evadere l’ordine neanche arrivasse dalla Cina, ma ok, era indicato in fase di acquisto quindi vabbeh. Ma la cosa che proprio non mi è andata giù è come e stata spedita la merce. Stiamo parlando di un prodotto di 132€ scontato buttato alla meno peggio dentro uno scatolo. Nessun imballaggio, anche un po’ di carta per avvolgere il contenunto, niente. Il prodotto è integro ed in perfetto stato ma se non fosse per questo, senza un cartellino, un certificato o qualsiasi cosa potrebbe sembrare un prodotto usato. Detto questo sono fortunato che non ha piovuto in questi giorni altrimenti avremmo parlato di altro perché il la merce così come riposta dentro lo scatolo si sarebbe deteriorata. Ovviamente posso allegare foto. Mi dispiace, ma per questo la mia esperienza è negativa.

Buongiorno, siamo spiacenti non sia pienamente soddisfatto della sua esperienza presso Motostorm. In fase di acquisto - come conferma anche lei - abbiamo indicato la spedizione in 30 giorni perché i prodotti Bagster vengono fatti su ordinazioni e a mano una volta che riceviamo gli ordini - dunque è necessaria la quantità di tempo indicata proprio per la cura e la manualità richiesta; nonostante questo siamo riusciti a spedire il suo ordine ben 10 giorni prima di quanto indicato. Le confermo inoltre che non arrivano dalla Cina ma dalla Francia. Ci scusiamo per lo stato della spedizione, i copriserbatoi non hanno imballaggio specifico e dunque li insieriamo direttamente nelle nostre scatole con Logo per poi procedere con la spedizione. In caso di danni imputabili a maltempo o al trasporto ovviamente il cliente è coperto al 100% da garanzia, dunque procederemmo con la sostituzione del prodotto danneggiato.

UPS has not delivered the package to my home and is forcing me to go to an Access Point. They are not going to come at the time they have to inform. Face, I didn't send my package home. I will surely NOT buy products from the online store again because I don't have to rely on UPS... Very bad experience.

Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delivery company. The courier only indicated was that it was impossible for them to delivery and therefore the package wad left in a Pickup point. We ship with various delivery companies, therefore if you do not wish for us to ship with UPS you can indicate it in the notes. The package is signed as delivered at the Access Point.

Hello, we are sorry for the delay. As the item was not in stock we ordered it from the manufacturer - there were delays in delivery and we shipped with a 5 day delay. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused, if the customer has urgency, we indicate which items are in stock and which are not and we can always be contacted to request further information both via mail and phone call.

Unfortunately, I did not receive this item I ordered yet, there has been a delay in custom clearance for a helmet!. I spent hours trying to navigate FedEx and US customs, and they kept telling me that they need documents and information from the shipper, this has not been resolved yet
I did contact motostorm to send the required document so I can receive the shipment no response yet.

Hello, we are very sorry for the delay with delivery. The order was shipped on schedule. Sometimes there can be delays due to customs clearance. We ahve sent all information to Fedex for delivery. We advise you to contact them on your side and also provide the reacking number to speed up delivery.

The Givi AF300 Vario Screen that I have received has a manufacturing defect. It looks like a cracking or scratch at the top of the screen, right in my field of vision.

Unfortunately being from Australia, with Motostorm's return policy it is not cost efficient to return the product.

If a product is defective, Motostorm should cover the cost of the return and/or send a replacement at no cost to the customer.

I had the same experience with Unit Garage crash bars that was received damaged on a previous order.

It will make me reconsider purchasing from Motostorm again in the future.
