Thanking you for your feedback. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. This is normal pratice.

Ho comprato guanti riscaldati ma solo una volta ricevuti ho capito che non c’era la batteria e il carica batterie, non era assolutamente chiaro , oltre a costi molto più elevati ho rischiato di non fare a tempo per Natale a comprare gli accessori
Grazie per il tuo feedback. Motostorm indica quali sono i modelli di guanti riscaldati con i le batterie e cavi inclusi. Lo indicahiamo nella photo, si trova scritto nella descrizione. Per quello che riguarda i guanti veduti da soli questi accessorie si trovano nei correllati per facilatare l'acquisto.

Ordered an intermediate section of exhaust pipe for my 2024 HD Pan America , replacing the factory muffler and pre-muffler with an Arrow muffler. The end of this intermediate section that is designed to fit over the factor catalytic exhaust header end is almost 2 1/4 inch ID. The OEM Exhaust header end is 2 1/2 inch OD. This new intermediate section will not fit. This part on Motostorm is listed to fit 2021 Pan Americas thru 2024 Pan Americas. So not very happy.

Apart from the fact I spent £300 on a jacket paid £16 for only to be charged a further £70 from fed ex for customs I will never order again from this site I should of tried to find the item in the uk

The price of the product was reasonable, the quality was good, and the product arrived without any problems. However, the shipping fee and customs fees from DHL are too expensive. I will never use motostorm again if DHL is in charge of delivery.

Ordinato ad inizio di Novembre, malgrado 9 gg di spedizione dopo metà novembre non ho ricevuto nulla e nessuna informazione . Chiamato mi risponde una ragazza al Call center e mi dice che mi richiamerà il giorno dopo per aggiornamenti. Passa una settimana senza sentire nessuno e ho dovuto richiamare. A questo punto il Call center mi dice che ci vorrà ancora una settimana. Morale ordinato ad inizio novembre arrivato dopo un mese, senza nessun interesse o informazione da parte del negozio. Servizio veramente da sconsigliare.
