Nous sommes désolés si vous n'etes pas satisfaits par la livraison. La commande a ètè placée le 26 aout pour un article indiqué avec expédition le 30 aout, mais nous l'avons expédié déjà le 28. La livraison en Suisse a eu lieu le 31 aout, soit 3 jours plus tard. Les expéditions pour la Suisse, comme le prévoient les autorités Suisses, doivent passer par la douane Suisse pour dédouanement, puisque le colis arrive de l'Union Européenne. La facture est ensuite remise au destinataire à travers le transporteur. Les couts sont fixés par la douane Suisse nous n'avons pas d'autorité en la matière.

L'articolo da Lei ordinato era indicato come spedizione in 5 giorni sul nostro sito ed è stato effettivamente spedito 5 giorni dopo, al indirizzo indicato da Lei nel ordine. Abbiamo inviato la conferma della spedizione all'indirizzo mail indicato nel ordine. Non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna comunicazione da parte Sua. Tramite il Suo reclamo paypal siamo stati messi a conoscenza del fatto che Lei era in contatto direttamente con il corriere, avendo chiesto un fermo deposito. Ricordiamo che ogni modifica alla consegna, incluso un cambio indirizzo, verrà considerato dal corriere soltanto se indicato dal mittente, per tutelare la sicurezza delle spedizioni. Dal momento che abbiamo saputo della situazione ci siamo impegnati a risolvere con il corriere al più presto. Per comunicare un eventuale problema di consegna in futuro, può contattare direttamente il nostro servizio clienti che risolverà la questione.

Buongiorno, Ci spiace che la sua esperienza sia stata negativa, ma visto che non ha risposto subito, l'articolo è stato semplicemente venduto prima di un suo riscontro. Il cliente che ha acquistato l'articolo proposto su subito aveva come lei effettuato un ordine online (cronologicamente precedente al suo): ha risposto prima di lei e di conseguenza la vendita si è conclusa prima. Buongiorno, Come detto ci dispiace che l'esperienza non abbia soddisfatto i suoi canoni. Purtroppo però il nostro servizio clienti risponde ad una grande mole di chiamate, tale da non rendere sempre possibile rispondere tempestivamente ad ogni cliente. Inoltre il portale di subito.it è gestito autonomamente, e quando ha provato a mettersi in contatto con l'ufficio competente l'operatrice non era disponibile. Le è stato comunicato che l'articolo non era più disponibile e abbiamo provveduto conseguentemente a rimborsarle quanto già pagato. Cordiali saluti.

Beh partite male mettendo on line prodotti con prezzo civetta che poi non avete disponibilità. Mi mandate una mail dicendo che il prodotto è partito ma quando vi di o che il tracking è errato mi dite che la merce non è partita in quanto non disponibile fino alla settimana dopo. Avevate già il prodotto usato in casa e non me lo avete dato perché non vi conveniva...non avete richiamato quando richiesto, non ne avete fatta una giusta. Il rimborso era dovuto, niente di eccezionale. Mi spiace ma non avete nessuna ragione. Vi manca anche l'umiltà di accettare le critiche.

Buonasera, Noi accettiamo le critiche senza problemi, ci spiace davvero per la sua esperienza negativa, ma ci teniamo anche a precisare i fatti. Ha ordinato un articolo che, come indicato dal sito, non era presente in stock. E' stato ordinato al fornitore e quando abbiamo ricevuto la merce purtroppo non era presente. L'abbiamo per tanto informata dell'errore (in concomintanza con la sua chiamata telefonica al nostro customer service), e comunicato la nuova data di arrivo. Le è poi stata proposta l'alternativa su subito (quest'offerta non le è stata fatta al telefono poiché subito è gestito da un ufficio indipendente) ma l'articolo è andato semplicemente ad un altro acquirente che ha risposto prima di lei. La sig.ra Giulia mi ha proposto l'altro articolo alle 11.50 io vi ho risposto alle 15, non vivo davanti al PC e non dovreste proporre a due persone lo stesso prodotto o almeno attendere la risposta di un cliente che aveva già pagato. Ma capisco da questa recensione che ho fatto bene a chiedere il rimborso. Nel frattempo si altri siti, compreso quello del produttore, il pezzo è disponibile da subito e non dopo un mese. Ovviamente al prezzo più alto, quello corretto. Metterlo più basso ma non averlo serve a poco.

This is very unfortunate because delivery date was ok but the shipping company sub contractors were terrible, although I didn’t even touch the parcel it was crushed ripped and looked damaged beyond repair and I have photographic evedance to prove. So unfortunately I need comms kit for my business and this has delayed progress so I have had to order locally to get my comms kit .

Bonjour, Nous sommes vraiment désolés que vous ne soyez pas satisfait de votre expérience. Lorsque vous avez passé la commande sur notre site, il était clairement indiqué que l'expédition était prévue pour le 09 août car le produit n'était pas disponible en stock. Nous avons expédié le 11 août et répondu le jour même où vous vous êtes renseigné sur votre commande. Malheureusement, étant donné que nous sommes en août et que de nombreuses entreprises ferment pour les vacances d'été, nous avons fait de notre mieux pour expédier à temps et nous avons eu deux jours de retard par rapport à ce qui vous avait été communiqué le jour même où vous avez passé votre commande.

Federal charges are being filed because of the failure of “Truth in Advertising” on your part. Your website is confusing and misleading to the average person. On your website, the picture that you have displayed for the item, I purchased shows the top case. You have to look at the picture hard in order to see the mounting bracket. Truth in advertising would dictate that you show a picture of the mounting bracket without anything else. Other companies and other websites selll the case as a GIVI SR-19. Go to your computer, and use Microsoft Edge. Type in the search bar GIVI SR-19 and you will see multiple pictures of the case that I attempted to buy from you.
