The price of the product was reasonable, the quality was good, and the product arrived without any problems. However, the shipping fee and customs fees from DHL are too expensive. I will never use motostorm again if DHL is in charge of delivery.

ordered on 16/11/24 it is now 3/12/24 and is only on the way, no communication, very slow, will not be buying again

Ordinato ad inizio di Novembre, malgrado 9 gg di spedizione dopo metà novembre non ho ricevuto nulla e nessuna informazione . Chiamato mi risponde una ragazza al Call center e mi dice che mi richiamerà il giorno dopo per aggiornamenti. Passa una settimana senza sentire nessuno e ho dovuto richiamare. A questo punto il Call center mi dice che ci vorrà ancora una settimana. Morale ordinato ad inizio novembre arrivato dopo un mese, senza nessun interesse o informazione da parte del negozio. Servizio veramente da sconsigliare.

The problem is that Motorstorm sends parcels via UPS to Thailand and to receive the parcel you need to clear it through customs, and this is very long, expensive and difficult for a foreigner. For Thais it is a little easier, but you need to register at customs. This is not my first parcel from Motorstorm and earlier I said to send only FedEx or DHL (with them everything is much simpler and taxes are paid upon receipt of the parcel). As a result, the delivery of the parcel is very slow and with a lot of problems.

Thanking you for your feedback, sorry but we did not recieve any communication from you regarding a shipper preference. If the buyer does not indicate a carrier preference then motostorm decide at its own discretion on what carrier can be used for the shipment. I advise you to indicate your shipper preference in the notes section at checkout. If its possibile for us to ship with the carrier you want then we will do so.

The product was supposed to arrive in one week, but it actually took seven weeks. The response when I asked for it and the product are very good, but it's too late.

Pourquoi confier vos envois à FedEx qui est probablement le plus mauvais transporteur ? Je reçois de leur part un message de livraison pour mercredi et le livreur passe mardi alors que je n'étais pas chez moi.
Si j'ai le choix je ne passerai plus de commande chez vous car vous cautionnez une société qui se fichent des clients. Regardez les avis !

Nous sommes vraiment désolès pour le désagrément. En cas d'absence le transporteur fait 2 autres tentatives et vous devriez etre recontacté pour organiser la nouvelle livraison (soit par avis de passage, soit par email ou bien sms). Nous sommes heureux de constater que la livraison a bien eu lieu hier. Si vous ne souhaitez plus que nous utilisions un certain transporteur, vous pouvez exprimer votre choix dans les notes de votre commande lors d'un futur achat. Nous avons en effet plusieurs partenaires logistiques.

Ci dispiace molto per il ritardo nella spedizione del ordine causato da una difficoltà di produzione imprevista dal marchio. Abbiamo inviato notifica ogni volta che ci hanno comunicato l'andamento ed abbiamo spedito non appena l'articolo è arrivato. Purtroppo il corriere ha avuto dei ritardi operativi e la consegna non è andato a buon fine. Ha potuto richiedere una riconsegna tramite il loro sito ed abbiamo segnalato al corriere sia la Sua richiesta di riconsegna che la problematica riscontrata durante la prima consegna. Ci scusiamo per il disagio. In caso di futuro ordine potrà richiedere al momento del ordine la sua preferenza di corriere nelle note, prima del checkout.
