I asked for a size change before it was shipped and was approved, but what I received was the one before the change. This is the worst.

Very misleading advert in first place. Cheapest on the net. States 7 day shipment on all sizes. Don't tell you they don't have the stock but order it off supplier. So a 3rd party straight away then ship to UK to Fed ex who charge £40 to get it thro customs. Then a week to deliver them.
They do mention the import duty but not estimate it.
So all in all I should have bought UK stock for £200 , cos that what I'll end up paying.!!!

Hello, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. There has been one week delay beacuse the fabrics were closed ofr holidays the first week of January. As UK is not part of the EU, shipment has to go through customs. We state this on the website and on the confirmation of your order.

Buon giorno, il prodotto da Lei ordinato era indicato come spedizione in 7 giorni sul nostro sito ed in effetti abbiamo spedito alla data indicata al momento del acquisto. E corretto che il pantalone non abbia il fondello, non è menzionato il fondello nella descrizione del articolo sul nostro sito. Ci dispiace non è soddisfato del acquisto e se lo desiderà può fare la richiesta di reso gratuito sul nostro sito per rimborso o cambio. Cordiali Saluti

Buongiorno, come spiegato tramite mail, la nostra politica non prevede il cambio taglia per prodotti di importo inferiore ai € 100,00. in questi casi procediamo sempre con il rimborso. Ci dispiace che abbia valutato l'intero servizio basandosi solo sulla nostra politica di reso.

I purchased a battery charger from Motostorm and they sent me a round Euro 240 volt plug in unit, unusable in North America. Customer Service will not respond. $230 plus $30 shipping. Completely unusable and they want me to pay $40 more to send it back. Nice!

I'm very dissatisfied. I was charged an additional $40.42 before my order would be delivered. I think Motostorm should've paid this or at least charged me when ordering it. Now I've had to wait an extra week on a order that should've been here weeks ago.

Hi, we are sorry you are not satisfied. There is a statement on our website as well as in your order confirmation regarding the possibility in some cases that the local customs ask you to pay for duties. The bill is sent from customs through the transport company directly to the recipient. The delay was not caused by this practice, but by the fact that the transport company had to face hughe volumes during Christmas/New Year. We are very sorry you had to wait longer than usual for the delivery that normally is very quick and smooth.

Shopping experience not bad, but bell helmet quality for the price lately is not worth it. A golden lining was already peeled off. Now I got to fix it my self. If not for it I would give 5 stars.

El producto no servía para mi casco. Si era original pero realmente no era el que correspondía a mi casco.

Da ich die falsche Grösse bestellt hatte, wurden die Waren an den Hersteller zurückgestellt. Neben dem massiven Zeitaufwand musste ich für den Rücktransport, Mehrwerststeuern und Zollgebühren bezahlen. Bei der Rückerstattung hat mir der Händler seine eigenen Gebühren für die Rücknahme vom Kaufpreis kaltschnäuzig abgezogen. Bei der erneuten Aufforderung zur Rückzahlung der Differenz, verwies motostorm.it auf ihre dubiose Geschäftspraxis, und begründete sein Vorgehen damit, dass Kosten für die Rücksendung, welche dem Händler enstehen einfach dem Kunden weiterverrechnet werden! Das ist unglaublich. Solche mafiösen Geschäfstpraxen müssen juristisch geahndet werden.
Schweizer Kunden sollten von diesem Händler die Finger weglassen. Kauft eure Waren bei einem Händler in Deutschland (fc moto oder Bikeroutfit...).
Ich bin schwer enttäuscht von motostorm.

Because I ordered the wrong size, the goods were returned to the manufacturer. In addition to the massive expenditure of time, I had to pay for the return transport, VAT and customs duties. When refunding me, the retailer callously deducted their own return fees from the purchase price. When asked again to pay back the difference, motostorm.it referred to their dubious business practice and justified its action by saying that the costs for the return, which the dealer incurs, are simply passed on to the customer! That's incredible. Such mafia-like business practices must be legally punished.
Swiss customers should stay away from this dealer. Buy your goods from a retailer in Germany (fc moto or biker outfit...).
I am very disappointed in motostorm.

Parce que j'ai commandé la mauvaise taille, les marchandises ont été renvoyées au fabricant. En plus de la dépense de temps massive, j'ai dû payer le transport de retour, la TVA et les droits de douane. Lors du remboursement, le détaillant a impitoyablement déduit ses propres frais de retour du prix d'achat. Lorsqu'on lui a demandé à nouveau de rembourser la différence, motostorm.it a fait référence à leur pratique commerciale douteuse et a justifié son action en disant que les frais de retour, encourus par le concessionnaire, sont simplement répercutés sur le client ! C'est incroyable. De telles pratiques commerciales mafieuses doivent être légalement punies.
Les clients suisses doivent rester à l'écart de ce revendeur. Je suis très déçu par motostorm.

Always ask me to pay some sort of import tax upon product delivery.
Better if these kind of information is informed in advance.
Which means the price I have agreed is different to which I actually paid.

Hello, Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We state this on our website and on the confirmation email that you receive after your order has been placed.
