We had to pay £50.00 extra for the delivery UPS charges for delivery I no it’s in the small print now and trust me the wording is small so it’s a rip off just because we’re not in Europe total nonsense

Hello, as we are based in Italy customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We inform our clients about this on our website.

They sent me a defective product and are refusing to pay for return shipping or give me a refund. Now I’m stuck with a defective product that I cannot use and I’m losing all the money I paid for it. Very unethical company! Do not buy anything from here.

I ordered my armour for an event I was taking part in. The order went through with a delivery date 2 days before I needed it. On the day of delivery I was informed it had been delayed by 5 days which meant I couldn’t do the event and had no apology or contact from this company at all. Terrible service and would not reccomend at all! Ruined my weekend completely and meant me wasting a lot of money!

Received a product that doesn't fit my bike and proved it with pictures but Motostorm won't refund the purchase so I was forced to pay for something I can't use.

Ordered an item on 25 November, and about 15 minutes later, I get an email that my item now has been sent via UPS.

The amount has been deducted from my account, but now 6 days later, UPS has still not registered that they have received the package.

Therefore, it can only be one star - very dissatisfied with your handling of this order!

Many defective products. My friends and I have received obviously defective products.
If you receive a defective product overseas, you have no choice but to abandon the return with a return shipping fee that is as expensive as or more expensive than the product.
Also, packaging is messy.
We will never use them again.

There's a Black Friday discount offered after I made purchased. The order was not shipped yet. I asked for a price match but they said it's not possible.
