Hi, your order has been shipped within the lead time published on our website and was delivered successfully. As stated on our website, Arabia Saudita is not part of the free return countries but you can still return the goods for refund , provided that they are new and still with their original packaging and accessories. Hello, shipment to Australia for purchases above the 1.000 dollars are subjected to custom duties once the parcel arrives there. We inform our customers about customd duties in the confirmation of the order and also in the section 'payments' on our website.

I have just bought this latest modular HJC i100 helmet from this company but unfortunately does not fit me well... I think it may be defective.... but I can not return it from the USA. So I am stuck with it!
If you live in the USA make sure you check returns and warranty policy before you spend your money on this place. What it looked like a good deal turned out to be a big loss for me!

Lots of problems with orders no help resolving problems and just a bunch of static and email exchanges. I would never do any business with this company again and they have a lot of sub businesses that are all mass confusion. When something goes wrong nobody helps never ever again. This one has prompted me to cancel all accounts including PayPal

no me llego el producto a mi domicilio y todavia no puedo retirarlo de la aduana porque no se quien se olvido de cargar un dato mio y para poder hacerlo me quieren cobrar mas del doble de lo que pague por el.

Hemos contactado Fedex para entender cual es el problema con su pedido - ya que no nos han contactado ellos para indicar algun problema. Enviamos todo con las informaciones completas que usted nos indicò cuando finalizò la compra. Le enviaremos un correo electronico cuando tengamos mas informacioòn.

I was not pleased to find out that motostorm has removed the sprint filter that is supposed to come in the package with my order. I feel that they tricked me by not suggesting it in the description. But the part number from Termignoni includes this filter and the instructions include it in the inventory of the package. This is a $250.00 part that I will now have to order and wait for because the upmap is designed to be used with the filter. Due to this deception I will not order anything more from you and I cannot recommend you to anyone else.

Hi, we are sorry for the misunderstanding. The product you have ordered on our website arrives directly from Termignoni. They have decided not to include the sprintfilter any more in the exhaust they send us. Indeed on our website it is not mentioned that the sprtinfilter is included because it is not any more. They say it is already mounted on all new Panigale. However if yours should not be provided already with the filter, you can purchase it separately. The code for standard filter is PM160S for Ducati Panigale V4/S/SP 1100 (2018-2022) at 70.40€, or the carbon one PM160SF1-85 at 199€.

Très déçu par l'achat d'un porte paquet pour top case. Le système de fixation est incomplet et je ne peux pas le monter !
Deux messages adressés ce jour sur le site et aucune réponse du service après-vente ni même d'accusé réception de ma réclamation.
Donc très mécontent ! J'espère qu'ils vont réagir avec ce message !

Nous leur avons demandé comment procéder et avons reçu réponse ce matin : nous avons donc bien répondu à votre email d'hier ce matin. 5 mesi per ricevere l'ordine.. nessuna. Comunicazione da motostorm relativa ai ritardi se non a seguito dinmie richieste. Il supporto Easy Road evo non corrisponde alle foto di riferento per forma e colori

The product was shipped same day we have received it from them to avoid any further delay. Regarding the transport company, it seems they have had an issue at delivery and therefore have placed the parcel at the closest deposit for you to pick it up at your convenience.
