Bonjour, nous sommes désolès pour le problème rencontré. le produit arrive directement de la marque productrice. Nous leur avons demandé comment procéder et avons reçu réponse ce matin : nous avons donc bien répondu à votre email d'hier ce matin. 5 mesi per ricevere l'ordine.. nessuna. Comunicazione da motostorm relativa ai ritardi se non a seguito dinmie richieste. Il supporto Easy Road evo non corrisponde alle foto di riferento per forma e colori

More than 2 months delay before sending my order. In addition, my order was delivered by UPS at a wrong adress.
We are very sorry for the delay in shipping your order. we have informed you about the postponed arrival of the product as soon as we have been notified by the manufacturer. The product was shipped same day we have received it from them to avoid any further delay. Regarding the transport company, it seems they have had an issue at delivery and therefore have placed the parcel at the closest deposit for you to pick it up at your convenience. We apologize if the delivery did not occur smoothly.

Es kommen noch verzollungskosten dazu, von denen nicht erwähnt wird.
Kunden außerhalb der EU können je nach internationaler Vereinbarung zwischen Ihrem Land und der Europäischen Union Zollgebühren bei der Lieferung unterliegen. In diesem Fall verlangt der Spediteur, dass Sie die Zollgebühren bei Lieferung bezahlen. Ordered 2 item and then receive an email saying : they order the items to the manufacturer so I need to wait 2 weeks for my delivery and then ask them to send me as priority as I need jt and they send it as standard delivery I won’t order again

The carrier, UPS, didn't understand Japanese addresses and caused me very much confusion. They claimed my address was a post office box. It is not. It's a physical address in Japan. Yamato Express had no problem with it once they received the package from UPS. So much wasted time trying to contact people to fix a proble that doesn't exist. I'm very dissapointed with them.
