The product was shipped same day we have received it from them to avoid any further delay. Regarding the transport company, it seems they have had an issue at delivery and therefore have placed the parcel at the closest deposit for you to pick it up at your convenience. Ordered 2 item and then receive an email saying : they order the items to the manufacturer so I need to wait 2 weeks for my delivery and then ask them to send me as priority as I need jt and they send it as standard delivery I won’t order again

The carrier, UPS, didn't understand Japanese addresses and caused me very much confusion. They claimed my address was a post office box. It is not. It's a physical address in Japan. Yamato Express had no problem with it once they received the package from UPS. So much wasted time trying to contact people to fix a proble that doesn't exist. I'm very dissapointed with them.
