Very bad

Ordered 2 item and then receive an email saying : they order the items to the manufacturer so I need to wait 2 weeks for my delivery and then ask them to send me as priority as I need jt and they send it as standard delivery I won’t order again

The carrier, UPS, didn't understand Japanese addresses and caused me very much confusion. They claimed my address was a post office box. It is not. It's a physical address in Japan. Yamato Express had no problem with it once they received the package from UPS. So much wasted time trying to contact people to fix a proble that doesn't exist. I'm very dissapointed with them.

Good website, order shipped promptly and was well packed when delivered. I ordered 4 items. Unfortunately I did not receive the main item I ordered, I got a different bag to what I ordered. Whoever picked the order grabbed the wrong SW Motec bag. I've alerted Motostorm and am now waiting to see what they will do to fix this. This is the reason for 2 of 5 stars. As this was an international order it is now a massive inconvenience to return the order and wait another 3-4 weeks for the bag I actually ordered to be shipped and delivered.

We are sorry for your experience in Motostorm. Shipment of your order was programmed for Thursday September the 2nd and we informed you that we would not be able to finalize shipment that day but on Monday the 5th - 3 days later with a weekend in the middle - as there was a slight delay in arrival of one of the ordered items.

Bonsoir, votre commande a bien étè expédiée 1jour après l'avoir passée, mais comme communiqué par email il y a du retard avec le tansporteur pour un problème d'adresse. Nous sommes confiants que cela sera rèsolu très rapidement. Nous nous excusons pour le retard. Nous continuons de faire le suivi avec vous par email. Bien Cordialement
