The helmet was sent promptly, but they sent the incorrect size and color of helmet. I sent them the information requested of the incorrect helmet sent and the item I requested. Have not received any further update to when I will get the correct helmet and a return label for the incorrect helmet. Still awaiting status.

Shocking service followed by even worse customer service especially by the customer service manager Andrea Lenihan who is abusive and disrespectful. Still awaiting a refund and just receive lies when I do finally get a reply.
Had to get my bank involved to try and get a refund now. Hidden charges for international customers by their chosen delivery provider and when I didn’t accept the charge I was told by the manager “ooh you can count” “you’re the only English person to moan” followed by when I said don’t speak to me like that she replied “don’t worry I won’t” and ended the call.
After calling back I was told she is unavailable and I couldn’t speak to anyone else.
Absolute shocking customer service manager who is giving Motostorm a very bad name.

I wrote two emails asking questions before placing an order which were not responded.
Prices are generally higher than their competition and only practical with web price matching or discount coupons. Shipping is very efficient and quick and the store offers a variety of excellent brands, but general customer service is utter rubbish.

It had a good price. To good to be true. Have been waiting more than a month and if it wasent because I asked they would never tell me that the item was not in stock. I’m out of the country to see if what I orderd arrived.

Unfortunately, it happened to me and my friend that we write a review of your products, we get coupons, but the discount on the goods can no longer be applied. It happens very often now.
The products are otherwise perfect.

The discount cannot be applied on all items and brands - therefore if there is an item we cannot allow the customer to apply the discount code on - it will not show the space to put it in. I am sorry if this has happened on more than one order; it all depends on the items in the order.

Using FedEx seems to be a mistake, Waits for delivery as guide per FedEx but no show.
