Hi, we have shipped your order with Fedex on the 15th, you have received the tracking by email. As published on our website to Thailand it can take up to 7 days for the package to reach you. Checking the tracking of the shipment, I can see a delay caused by customs but the delivery should take place soon. we are sorry if the lead time is longer than planned.

1 mois entre la commande ( pourtant en stock lors de celle ci a prix attractif ) aucune communication ( 4 mail de ma part ) vraiment pas terrible si vous etes presse
Bonjour, nous sommes désolès pour le retard causé par une difficulté de production de la marque. Nous avons pourtant bien communiqué avec vous par email pour le retard et le suivi de la commande. Nous avons procéder comme demandé suite à l'envoi de vos instructions. Nous nous excusons encore pour tout inconvénient causé par le délai prolongé imprévu.

The helmet was sent promptly, but they sent the incorrect size and color of helmet. I sent them the information requested of the incorrect helmet sent and the item I requested. Have not received any further update to when I will get the correct helmet and a return label for the incorrect helmet. Still awaiting status.

Shocking service followed by even worse customer service especially by the customer service manager Andrea Lenihan who is abusive and disrespectful. Still awaiting a refund and just receive lies when I do finally get a reply.
Had to get my bank involved to try and get a refund now. Hidden charges for international customers by their chosen delivery provider and when I didn’t accept the charge I was told by the manager “ooh you can count” “you’re the only English person to moan” followed by when I said don’t speak to me like that she replied “don’t worry I won’t” and ended the call.
After calling back I was told she is unavailable and I couldn’t speak to anyone else.
Absolute shocking customer service manager who is giving Motostorm a very bad name.

I wrote two emails asking questions before placing an order which were not responded.
Prices are generally higher than their competition and only practical with web price matching or discount coupons. Shipping is very efficient and quick and the store offers a variety of excellent brands, but general customer service is utter rubbish.

It had a good price. To good to be true. Have been waiting more than a month and if it wasent because I asked they would never tell me that the item was not in stock. I’m out of the country to see if what I orderd arrived.
