I was very disappointed to find that when I opened the package the band that is supposed to protect the propellers when not in use was missing. I tried to contact DJ I and haven’t heard back yet which has been frustrating. I would be grateful if you could amend this. Otherwise it was a five star service

I would have luked to know the amount of duty payable in UK - very expensive trousers in the end!

I am sorry for the inconvenience. The exact amount of the custom charges is impossible for us to know as that is not information we can verify ourselves. We do inform our customers of the fact that all countries outside of the EU could be subjected to these charges.

Their Fedex delivery was aweful. The customs and duties taxes were absorbitantly high compared to my other purchases with other stores using UPS. Furthermore, they emailed me last Jan. 8 that my package would be delivered on Monday (Jan. 10). and then 3 hours later tells me that the courier was on his way to my house. By then I was already out of town

Hello, you order was shipped on the the same day that it was placed - 5th of Janaury. It was then delivered on the 8th of january. Italy . Philippines. I believe that we can say that shipping schedual was very fast indeed. Customers outside of the UE may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Community. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery.

Dainese G2 protector. Package was broken and a bolt that joint the protector is out of place. It was placed under the pressure for a long time and protector has scratched a lot at the joint. Customer service still do not give me the sure answer yet. Do not buy anything at here.

Buongiorno, mi dispiace che il suo ordine abbia avuto qualche giorno di ritardo e sia arrivato dopo Natale, purtroppo si tratta di un periodo molto intenso. Cerchiamo di fare sempre del nostro meglio per rispettare le tempistiche.

Come concordato al telefono, per questa volta ha saputo risolvere da solo, ma se dovesse capitare altri problemi in futuro non esitare a conttatarci, siamo sempre disponibili per aiutare a risolvere gli eventuali difficoltà con i prodotti ricevuti e provvedere ad un eventuale cambio dal momento che la merce non è stata usata ed è integra. Motostorm antwortet nicht auf E-Mail Anfragen und liefert das bestellte Produkt mit Kratzspuren und schlecht verpackt. Ich werde nie wieder dort kaufen!
