Delayed from the scheduled shipping date.
We are really sorry for the delay in shipment and any inconvenience caused by this.
Unfortunately given the historical period, there are some delays in production in most manufacturer's and this can cause slight delays in arrival of the items to us and therefore in shipment of the orders.
We will do our best to do better in the future.

VERY BAD DELIVERY !… THE VERY BASIC OPTIONS FOR DELIVERY, CHOOSEN BY MOTOSTORM, PUT ME IN A VERY UNCONFORTABLE SITUATION AND DELAYED THE DELIVERY…. SO IMPOSSIBLE TO SIMPLY RECEIVED THE PARCEL AT THE FIRST ATTEMPT OF DELIVERY IN THE CASE OF ABSENCE !…. AND DHL IS MUCH BETTER THAN UPC.
Hello, I'm sorry that you penalizes us when we have shipped your order the day after you placed it. It is also a safety for you not to leave the package unattended in case of absence and fix a second appointment in order to deliver it to someone. If you need help you can always contact us.

Unfortunately it took a number of weeks to wven get my order confirmed. Once the correct item was confirmed I then had to enquire about it again before it was freighted.
This item was requested well over a month before the 11th of this month.

Hello, as you know there were availability issues with the product that you ordered. Motostorm proposed a different product as our customers satisfaction is very important for us . You accepted, we also informed you that shipping would have been delayed becasue the item had to arrive from the producer. We are sorry that you are not satisifed with the service provided, we did our best.

Purtroppo non é compreso di supporto per montarlo e non é nemmeno specificato al momento dell’acquisto, oppure nella descrizione del prodotto, quindi prima di acquistare aggiungere al carrello il relativo supporto sennò vi ritrovate come me a dover fare due ordine e nel secondo addirittura spendere 9€ di spese di spedizione. Salve, siamo dispaiciuti che lei non e sodisfatto con vostro ordine. Nella scheda del prodotto indichiamo di specificare nelle note dell'ordine Marca e modello moto al checkout. Lei non ci dato questa informazione. Comunque presto ti contatteremo per risolvere tutti i problemi.

I was waiting weeks for the order to be shipped. No one informed me that some items were not in stock and would take a few more weeks.
If I had not inquired I would not have known. And the item in stock would have been delayed so long.
