Unfortunately it took a number of weeks to wven get my order confirmed. Once the correct item was confirmed I then had to enquire about it again before it was freighted.

Hello, as you know there were availability issues with the product that you ordered. Motostorm proposed a different product as our customers satisfaction is very important for us . You accepted, we also informed you that shipping would have been delayed becasue the item had to arrive from the producer. We are sorry that you are not satisifed with the service provided, we did our best.

Purtroppo non é compreso di supporto per montarlo e non é nemmeno specificato al momento dell’acquisto, oppure nella descrizione del prodotto, quindi prima di acquistare aggiungere al carrello il relativo supporto sennò vi ritrovate come me a dover fare due ordine e nel secondo addirittura spendere 9€ di spese di spedizione. If you choose to use the "discount codes" they give for previous purchases... All that happens is the shipping charges increase to cancel out the discount that was just applied... Pretty sneaky and bad business practice.
