No idea where is my Order, IF will ever arrive. But, you are asking me for a review ...
My order was PAID and CONFIRMED on 6 April. You DID ship it out on 11 April, as per Promised. Thanks. And that’s all that worked well.
The fedex tracking system mentioned I will receive the package on 17 April. From Italy to Bucharest, Romania in 6 days seams ok. Then, I’ve got informed my Package in somewhere in England. Then, my Order reached some city in Germany. Then, “No date of delivery acailable”.
Now, evening of 19 April, I am wondering if I will receive anything, not when.
So, a parcel departing from Italy to Romania, needs to pas by England, then by Germany and who knows how many other countries yo reach Bucharest. So far, we passed 9 days from shipping and no idea when I will receive it. I guess even by postal service or by bike, in 9 days I should have received it.
Your service seams ok, but your delivery sucks. I’ve got faster deliveries even from China.

Product description is not accurate. Recently bought Unit Garage Mirror Nine-t Scrambler Mirror. Description specifically states, "It comes complete with aluminum bar end and mounting screw (can not be mounted with the original plastic bar ends). This kit (cod 2003_01) contains: an aluminum bar end with screw and one mirror with a 72 mm diameter." Picture even shows this. I purchased 2, not cheap, and only came with mirrors. No aluminum bar ends or screws. Poor, poor form Motostorm and Unit Garage.

tracciabilità inesistente

Ho comprato sul sito di Motostorm un tankpad della Progrip, modello 5005 e mi è stato inviato un tankpad della Bigstar diverso da quello da me ordinato. Questo mi ha fatto perdere un sacco di tempo. E ora mi tocca fare il reso e sperare che mi mandino quello giusto o mi rimborsino i soldi...

Pessimo!

Motostorm didn't fill out the customs forms correctly. My helmet was stuck in customs for over a week. After several emails, and phone calls I was able to resolve the problem myself.

At fist it was good and after I received the item it went bad. Sometimes it's not black and white and honest people are left with a bad experience. Sad really.

Avevo letto le altre recensioni, e mi sembrava tutto bene.Poi ho effettuato l'ordine di un casco Bell che ovviamente , era segnato che cera la disponibilità, con la mia taglia, invece DOPO UNA SETTIMANA ho scritto una mail, per sapere del mio ordine non ho ricevuto risposta, ho telefonato e solo allora mi hanno detto che non era disponibile, quindi non vi è coerenza. Poi è arriva tutto in ordine per fortuna....
