Delusissimo. Ho ordinato un paraleva freno e ne è stato spedito un altro in sostituzione di valore molto inferiore allo stesso prezzo di quello ordinato e senza chiedere alcuna autorizzazione. È stato incluso a pagamento anche un accessorio che invece era esplicitamente indicato come omaggio. Profondamente deluso.
Buongiorno, ci dispiace per il malinteso che si è creato, per cui abbiamo fatto rientrare la spedizione ed effettuato un rimborso completo. Faremo del nostro meglio in futuro.

Negativa. Fatto ordine il 10/11/2021 con consegna stimata per il16/11/2021. Consegnato il 04/12/2021 .. quasi un mese mi sembra un po’ troppo!..
Ci dispiace molto per le lunghe tempistiche, c'è stato un problema di approvigionamento per questo prodotto, che è arrivato molto più tardi del previsto. Ci scusiamo tanto per il disagio causato da questo ritardo.

Terrible experience. I received a good condition FedEx box, but when I opened box, I saw a beat-up SENA box with dried water-stains on it. Not only the damaged package, a screw is disconnected on the side of the helmet. I don’t know how to describe my anger. I wish I can share the photos.

The tracking indicates a delay because the transport company has huge volumes to deal with due to Black Friday and therefore your package is in the queue to be air shipped to you. Publicidad engañosa, en la descripción aparece que viene con batería los guantes y es mentira. No recomiendo comprar en esta tienda es un engaño
Hola, en la descripciòn indicamos que cables y baterias se venden por separado y en los productos correlados indicamos cuales son los accesorios necesarios y compatibles con los guantes. Lamento que la compra no haya sido de su gusto.

Poor service. No inventory updates. Very disappointing to receive an email saying my item I ordered was no longer in stock when it said in stock. Update your website from time to time.

This is the second time I ordered helmets on their website which were apparently our of stock. I don't know why this doesn't alarm them that someone has been negligent on their tasks. Took them 3 months to replenish stocks and send out. No compensation at all given on their end for the inconvenience.
