recived a factory damaged kriega max 28. im half way across the world, shipping it back would be too much trouble some and expensive. wish they checked the items first before shopping it out. 😔

Terrible experience. I received a good condition FedEx box, but when I opened box, I saw a beat-up SENA box with dried water-stains on it. Not only the damaged package, a screw is disconnected on the side of the helmet. I don’t know how to describe my anger. I wish I can share the photos.
I would like to return it. Thank you

We are terribily sorry for the inconvenience. We do not ship with Fedex boxes, therfore something must have happened during the delivery to you. We will contact you to solve this problem at the earliest possible. Hi, we thank you for your order. We have already shipped your order and you have received the tracking by email. The tracking indicates a delay because the transport company has huge volumes to deal with due to Black Friday and therefore your package is in the queue to be air shipped to you. They have insured us that they are on top of the situation and we are confident you will receive your helmet very soon. we apologize sincerely for the delay.

Hola, en la descripciòn indicamos que cables y baterias se venden por separado y en los productos correlados indicamos cuales son los accesorios necesarios y compatibles con los guantes. Lamento que la compra no haya sido de su gusto. Si desea en futuro, le aconsejamos contactarnos de ante mano si tiene dudas sobre los productos.

Hello, I am sorry for your experience. The order was shipped on November the 26th and you received a confirmation email with tracking information confirming the ETA programmed for December the 3rd.

The order was made on the 14th November it you 12 day to ship it. Yes FedEx text me the date December 3 but you email me asking me about my experience and I gave my honest opinion

Poor service. No inventory updates. Very disappointing to receive an email saying my item I ordered was no longer in stock when it said in stock. Update your website from time to time.

This is the second time I ordered helmets on their website which were apparently our of stock. I don't know why this doesn't alarm them that someone has been negligent on their tasks. Took them 3 months to replenish stocks and send out. No compensation at all given on their end for the inconvenience.

Hello, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. We did our best to ship as soon as possible. The order was shipped 3 days after our shipping forcast.

Correct but the day before your shipped it you had a Black Friday discount which you refused to give me. So I had a late delivery and missed out on the discount. Never again!

Wrong, you conveniently replied to my email after it had shipped and waited an extra day to reply to me. I will never order from you again.

We are really sorry for the delay in shipment and any inconvenience caused by this. Unfortunately given the historical period, there are some delays in production in most manufacturer's and this can cause slight delays in arrival of the items to us and therefore in shipment of the orders. We will do our best to do better in the future.
