I have ordered my boots three weeks ago and after sending a number of emails finally received a response after two weeks that my boots will be shopped in a few days and still haven”t got them.

If you choose to use the "discount codes" they give for previous purchases... All that happens is the shipping charges increase to cancel out the discount that was just applied... Pretty sneaky and bad business practice.

Hello, the shipping costs are calculated based on the volume of the order and the discount codes applied, this could modify the original indicated price. Everything is shown in the cart before proceeding with the order, so the customers know what the final amount is.

Ottimo prodotto, peccato per la consegna, il corriere GLS non è passato il giorno stabilito e ha scritto che non era presente il destinatario malgrado fossi rimasto tutto il giorno a casa ad aspettare la consegna, inutili i tentativi di contattarli lo stesso giorno e quello seguente, sono dovuto andare di persona al magazzino sprecando un pomeriggio per ritirare il pacco. In sostanza, cambiate corriere per favore.

ordered my items for the value of £330 and before they arrive i have need been hit with a £78 import fee that Motostorm have not paid and now i must pay to receive my items. do not use this company.

Hello, Customers outside of the UE may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Community. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. Customers that purchase outside of the European comunity do not pay Vat, but they are charges customs duties when the parcel arrives to there country.

And I was not told this when I make the purchase I was nottold I was buying from a company outside of the UK, I could have brought the items in the UK cheaper and had them delivered sooner.

We are not to be held resposible for the fact the customer did not know where he was placing the order. Our principal address is indicated in every page throughtout the website, I am sorry for the inconvenience, it has nothing to do with Motostorm.it.

So the fact the website comes up as UK and nowhere does it state where the items are shipped from untill after you pay, is the customers fault ? Well I'm thankful i won't have to use your company again with comments like that.

The website is "motostorm.it" - nowhere in the website the UK is indicated in our address or in any reference with Motostorm. I am not sure where exactly you saw that, but it clearly is not in our website.

Hi, it is written on our website under "payments" section, and in the order confirmation sent to you by email a kind reminder that since Brexit the import/export laws have changed in the UK. Indeed you are not paying the VAT on the products when purchased in Europe any more, but you will be asked by the British customs to pay for customs charges once your package is arriving in the UK. Those charges are not included in the shipping costs of Motostorm, indeed the bill is managed by the British customs and will be sent to you directly by the transport company at the delivery. Salve, siamo molto dispiaciuti per l'inconveniente che si è creato sul suo ordine. Nel suo ultimo acquisto c'è stato un problema con le boccole come le avevamo spiegato - non con il prodotto, il quale è corretto. Il ricambio è stato spedito immediatamente, purtroppo con un errore fatto con il corriere. Chiediamo scusa; si è trattato tuttavia di un errore al quale abbiamo rimediato nel minor tempo possibile e per il quale ci siamo scusati con Lei. Cercheremo di fare maggiore attenzione alle sue richieste in futuro, nella speranza che non ricapiti.

Preciso che le boccole sono integrate nell'ammortizzatore (non acquistate separatamente). Nonostante le mie assillanti raccomandazioni sulla compatibilità con la moto, della quale ho fornito marca, modello e anno, l'officina BMW non ha potuto montare l'ammortizzatore per incompatibilità con i punti di ancoraggio. Il problema è stato riscontrato dalla mia officina e da me comunicatoVi. La tempestiva spedizione delle boccole si è protratta ugualmente perché Voi non avete tolto il contrassegno dell'importo dell'ammortizzatore sulle boccole. Il corriere pretendeva un altro pagamento pari a quello già versato. Morale: l'intervento era stato fissato per il martedì, le boccole sono arrivate il venerdì, quindi mi auguro, salvo ulteriori complicazioni, che la cosa si risolva la settimana prossima. Ci vuole più attenzione e conoscenza dei prodotti!

Salve, ci dispiace molto per il problema con Suo ordine. Le boccole dovevano essere incluse nella confezione, c'è stato un errore che abbiamo provveduto a corregere il giorno seguente, purtroppo con la tipologia errata di contrassegno che ha ritardato la consegne delle boccole, ricevute da Lei 2 giorni dopo. Ci scusiamo nuovamente per il disagio causato.
