ordered my items for the value of £330 and before they arrive i have need been hit with a £78 import fee that Motostorm have not paid and now i must pay to receive my items. do not use this company.

Hello, Customers outside of the UE may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Community. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. Customers that purchase outside of the European comunity do not pay Vat, but they are charges customs duties when the parcel arrives to there country.

Hi, it is written on our website under "payments" section, and in the order confirmation sent to you by email a kind reminder that since Brexit the import/export laws have changed in the UK. Indeed you are not paying the VAT on the products when purchased in Europe any more, but you will be asked by the British customs to pay for customs charges once your package is arriving in the UK.
Those charges are not included in the shipping costs of Motostorm, indeed the bill is managed by the British customs and will be sent to you directly by the transport company at the delivery. Kind regards

Salve, siamo molto dispiaciuti per l'inconveniente che si è creato sul suo ordine.
Nel suo ultimo acquisto c'è stato un problema con le boccole come le avevamo spiegato - non con il prodotto, il quale è corretto.
Il ricambio è stato spedito immediatamente, purtroppo con un errore fatto con il corriere.
Chiediamo scusa; si è trattato tuttavia di un errore al quale abbiamo rimediato nel minor tempo possibile e per il quale ci siamo scusati con Lei.
Cercheremo di fare maggiore attenzione alle sue richieste in futuro, nella speranza che non ricapiti.

I’m still having problems getting my package from the courier. I know this isn’t motostorms fault but I’ve paid the customs charge and they keep failing delivery. Perhaps Motostorm can contact UPS and sort the problem.

After verification with UPS they have confirmed that you instructed them to keep the package in a Parcel Shop for you to go and pick up.
If - in the future - you are having trouble with the delivery or any type of problem at all with your order, please contact us through an email or through the phone, this way we will be able to handle it promptly.

ho acquistato un prodotto presso lo store on-line di Motorstorm.
In prima fase l'attesa dell'articolo acquistato si è prolungata (il che può assolutamente accadere).
Nonostante diverse mie telefonate presso il negozio venivo mi veniva comunicato che il negozio mi avrebbe dato un riscontro sullo stato dell'ordine.
Per avere notizie sullo stato dell'ordine ci sono volute ben tre telefonate da parte mia dal momento che come descritto in precedenza un primo riscontro sull'ordine non mi veniva restituito ne per mezzo telefonico ne per mezzo email.
Tuttavia la carenza più grave che con rammarico qui descrivo è che dopo l'attesa il prodotto mi è veniva consegnato senza la presenza di un componente.
Ho prontamente segnalato al negozio il problema e sono tutt'ora in attesa che mi venga risolto il problema dal momento che in autonomia non riesco a reperire il singolo pezzo mancante del prodotto(problema già segnalato a mezzo email).

Buon giorno, ci dispiace molto per l'esperienza negativa con Suo ordine. Il prodotto da Lei acquistato era in ritardo dal produttore. Ci scusiamo per il ritardo nella comunicazione in quanto eravamo in attesa anche noi del informazione dalla parte del marchio. Abbiamo provveduto ad informarle non appena abbiamo avuto risposta certa. Seguito al Suo reclamo di componente mancante, abbiamo fatto subito richiesta al fabricante che ci ha confermato l'invio del pezzo. Non appena ci arriverà a breve glielo spediremo e riceverà una mail di conferma. Ci scusiamo nuovamente per il disagio causato.

Colis non reçu car le transporteur GLS ne l’a pas livré malgré son mail qui prévoyait le dépôt hier. Trop de difficultés avec ce transporteur.

Nous sommes désolès pour les problémes rencontrès avec le transporteur. Nous avons fait remonter l'information à la Direction. Le colis a bien été livré le 17/09 selon le suivi du colis et nous nous en réjouissons. Bien Cordialement
