Un ottimo sito che nei caso in cui il prodotto ordinato non sia disponibile in tempi brevissimi, lo dovrebbe indicare sulla descrizione del prodotto stesso. L' acquirente, a quel punto, potrà decidere se acquistare o no. Avvisare a pagamento effettuato non è proprio indice di trasparenza.

Did not display item was on back order (and has no ability to). Had to wait 2 weeks just to ship. When it arrived I received the wrong item. Contacted support to find out the product page was displaying the wrong picture and that the one I bought was no longer available. Support outright refused to help in any way except let me return the item and wait another 1-2 weeks for a refund. So I'd be out over a months time and still not have what I bought. Do not buy from Motostorm.

Never have I waited, almost four months for an online order and dealt with such poor customer service. I will never buy anything from motostorm.it ever again and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know. It's a shame it made me choose one star, they don't even deserve that!

Spiacevole esperienza.
Non mi hanno fatto il prezzo migliore, trovato su un altro sito, perché era riferito al modello vecchio del casco che ho scelto (Avg k5). Allora ho ordinato il casco aspettandomi il modello nuovo, invece è arrivato quello vecchio. Chieste spiegazioni hanno cambiato versione dicendo che non mi avevano fatto il miglior prezzo perché i colori erano diversi. Ho rimandato indietro il casco, mi hanno rimborsato solo dopo mio sollecito, erano passati già 10 gg.

Mancata informazione che il prodotto non era disponibile , data informazione successivamente su mia telefonata, proposta di un ricambio alternativo ok ma che costa meno e dopo 1settimana non rimborsata la differenza. Grazie

Con's: Delivery, while I expected a longer delivery time to Australia a month was excessive. Communication was bad to poor when I was trying to chase up my order.
In future I'll be ordering from a website that shows what is in stock with them and what is with their suppliers.
