Ho fatto 2 grossi ordini. Purtroppo un articolo abbastanza costoso è arrivato ingiallito… l’ho fatto presente, ma non mi hanno mai fatto una nota di credito o un voucher. Sicuramente attrezzati, ma non acquisterò mai più da loro.

La pellicola sulla visiera è un sigillo di garanzia, è la prova concreta che il casco non è stato usato. Nella nostra politica di resi disponibile sul nostro sito indichiamo chiaramente che per essere idoneo al reso il prodotto deve essere nelle medesime condizioni in cui è stato ricevuto, completo di imballaggio, etichette, protezioni e pellicole.

We are sorry that your experience with us was negative. Shipping times were respected, we shipped your order immediately the next day. Regarding customs fees, everything is clearly explained on our website: "Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery.”

Was advised that a visor I enquired about would be available to order later that day. It's now 2 weeks later and still not available on their site. I had to finalise my order without the visor which I will have to order again separately and pay the shipping again, which is more than the cost of the visor. No response to 3x emails.

I purchased several items, the one with the longest shipping time being one week. However, it took over a month for my order to be dispatched. When I inquired about the delay, the responses were slow and unreliable. If the shipment is delayed beyond the expected date, you should notify the customer.

we are sorry there has been a delay on one of the item in your order that prevented the order from shipping. We have comunicated the information as soon as we were informed, unfortunately sometimes it does not come as quickly as we wished. The responses that we gave were based on the official comunication from the brand and we apologize if they have been perceived as not reliable. The brand has indeed postponed several time the arrival date and we have forwarded the update as soon as we had it. Of course if you do not wish to wait a refund is possible any time as long as the order has not been shipped. The STX suit not correspond at the picture showed in the website.
I have purchased a STXR racing undersuit carbon black and i have received a STXR undersuite all black.
I dont recommand this website.
